<span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;font-weight:normal;">會上，各方代表就除雪保暢、道路標志標牌設置、惡劣天氣條件下車輛管控、東花園主線站擁堵治理、收費廣場</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;font-weight:normal;">安全</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;font-weight:normal;">環(huán)境綜合治理成果鞏固擴大等</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;font-weight:normal;">相關事項</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;font-weight:normal;">進行了深入細致的討論，提出了切實可行的解決辦法，</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;font-weight:normal;">對《安全暢通</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;font-weight:normal;">聯(lián)勤聯(lián)動聯(lián)保工作</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;font-weight:normal;">方案》</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;font-weight:normal;">進行了</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;font-weight:normal;">完善補充</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;font-weight:normal;">，并達成八項共識。一是一致同意異常情況安全通行、易擁堵點段疏通保暢、收費站收費廣場安全環(huán)境治理工作按三方《安全暢通聯(lián)勤聯(lián)動聯(lián)保工作方案》實施。二是靈活執(zhí)行分方向、分路段放行措施，雨、霧、雪天氣具備通行條件的分方向、分路段放行，降雪天氣協(xié)助交警及時采取放行措施，減少封路時間。三是高速交警東花園治安檢查站增設安檢車道，安檢期間加強與東花園主線站協(xié)調溝通，確保車輛快速通行。四是京張公司</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;font-weight:normal;">對沿線標志標牌、隔離柵欄等附屬設施進行整修，并</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;font-weight:normal;">及時向交警部門反饋修復情況。五是收費站上道口加大“</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;font-weight:normal;">兩</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;font-weight:normal;">客一危”和農用車管控，防止上述車輛違規(guī)上路。六是京張公司及時更換可變情報板信息，做到信息發(fā)布的時效性，及時修復損壞的沿線監(jiān)控鏡頭，做到全時、全路監(jiān)控。七是交警部門積極配合京張公司開展大數(shù)據(jù)篩查，有效治理偷逃通行費行為。八是由高速路政負責事故救援調度，故障車影響交通安全時，由交警部門配合路政部門采取措施拖離</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;font-weight:normal;">現(xiàn)場</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;font-weight:normal;">。</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;font-weight:normal;"></span>
